Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst with 10+ years in Data Management to drive business solutions, manage data lakes, and implement data quality checks and processes. Strong expertise in UCM/URM, automation tools, and Agile methodologies required. Familiarity with Contexa is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted client relationships and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering, wireframe/mock-up creation, and project testing strategies.
- Oversee data management processes, controls, and automation tools.
- Deliver projects on time while mentoring junior consultants.
Qualifications:
- Proven Data Management expertise.
- Experience in Agile environments and iterative development methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
Preferred:
- Project management and Scrum/Product Owner certification.
Travel: Up to 50%.
